SCENARIO

At the HR Team Day, senior staff from Deutsche Bahn HR Management looked back on the successes achieved to date and defined future goals. K16 was commissioned to develop a visual identity for the event.

STRATEGY

K16 supported Deutsche Bahn in three stages: Firstly, in the graphic presentation of the main focus areas of DB’s HR department. A visual identity including key visual, colour palette and typography tailored to the target group and the context of the event was then developed for the HR Team Day. Thirdly, K16 took on the entire visual design of the keynote speech by the Member of the Management Board for Human Resources and Legal Affairs.

REALIZATION

For the presentation, we designed a shape made out of five triangles. Overall, we created a uniform basis for the stage set, posters, name tags, workbooks and presentations. A visual concept was added to the event design: an array of organic plants represented the various stages of the initiatives. The values cooperation, collaboration and community took centre stage.
