ForkOn, an IT start-up for forklift fleet management, had already come up with a good business idea – and now a suitable creative identity needed to be developed for the company. The challenge was to professionally depict the young, modern character of the business model in the corporate design.

In a workshop, K16 brainstormed what makes ForkOn unique and came up with key messages and corporate values. The working group also developed the first mood boards and a logo design together. The new ideas were then put to the test by conducting a competitor analysis.


Our final logo design related to the company’s core business: a cloud represented cloud computing. The word mark places the focus on technology. Fresh, reduced colours highlighted the modern character of the start-up. In contrast to that, we used professional imagery. We also put together a corporate design manual that can be continually expanded as a design basis for further advertising material.
