Accessible certified Office templates for Syspons

Syspons, a consulting firm for social innovation and public organisations in international cooperation and migration policy, wanted templates that match their new corporate design, are visually appealing and accessible at the same time. We developed Office templates in PowerPoint, Word and Excel for them, which were certified as accessible by blista, the German Institute for the Study of the Blind, and which employees can use to easily create accessible documents. At the same time, the templates reflect the dynamism of the young company.

Our process of template creation

At the beginning of the process, we analysed the new corporate design based on the website and asked about user needs, such as the required slide types or slide structure. We then developed a design concept for the design of the desired page types in the Office programmes and set them up technically. As design elements, we used bevelled backgrounds for precise animations and flowing slide transitions for narrative content with a ‘scroll effect’. We also use white and coloured borders to highlight and break up the content.
