Lünendonk, an independent consulting and market research company, wanted to launch a property magazine together with network partners. The challenge was to clearly present complex content such as study results and market-relevant data. At the same time, industry-relevant strategies and processes, along with topics on sustainability were to be professionally prepared for the target group – in the context of digitalization throughout.


K16 developed a strategic design concept prior to the first publication: every edition of the magazine followed an individual design – without losing recognition value.


We presented photographs, illustrations, editorial texts and information graphics in a harmonious mix. This interplay created an exciting added value for the reader. Our concept was successful and we subsequently supported Lünendonk in the production of further editions.
