PowerPoint Templates for new brand identity and repositioning as strategic consultants

For hkp///group, a consulting firm specializing in HR and corporate governance, we developed a functional, user-friendly presentation master and supported the process of establishing a new brand identity. Initially approached for a corporate presentation, it became clear during a branding workshop that the firm needed to reposition itself in its external communication. This shift also influenced how PowerPoint would be used: instead of merely serving as a documentation tool, hkp///group aimed to present itself as a strategic advisor.

Following an internal rebranding process supported by us, a comprehensive visual concept for the PowerPoint template was developed. This template reflects the firm’s new brand identity while addressing its evolving needs, including proactive consulting, various presentation formats, and the specific requirements of stakeholders such as management and power users.

We also supported the rollout of the Office templates with guidelines, customized training sessions led by our expert trainer, and a dedicated helpline. Throughout the project, we transitioned from being a service provider to a strategic partner for the consultancy—a critical factor in the success of this business-critical initiative.
