A new Real Estate Magazine for Lünendonk

A new magazine. A versatile design.

The independent consulting and market research company Lünendonk, along with its network partners, aimed to launch a real estate magazine. The challenge was to present complex content such as study results and market-relevant data in a clear and engaging way. At the same time, industry-relevant strategies and processes, as well as sustainability topics, were to be editorially prepared for the target audience – all within the context of digitalization.

Before the first issue was published, K16 developed a strategic design concept: each edition of the magazine followed an individual design while maintaining brand recognition.

We staged photographs, illustrations, editorial texts, and infographics in a harmonious mix, creating an exciting added value for the readers. Our concept was successful, and we had the privilege of supporting Lünendonk in producing further issues.
